Are the size and location of the vents important? I assume they determine the tuning of the cabinet.

Run winisd with your cabinet volume or one Planet10 suggested to get vent dia and length.

Vent size & length are very importanr. Placementif the box has 1 dimensions considerably larger than the rest.
