ok im working on this amp got it powered up. now i have 30vdc at the speaker. the op amps are looking ok from the measurements. and all the output fets and the drivers are new ic's are new. i cant find where the 30vdc is coming from.
Are you measuring the DC directly across the speaker terminals?

i just checked and there is no oscillation.
Do the relays engage?
Does the amp draw excessive current when you connect a load to the speaker terminals?
If it doesn't and the voltage drops to 0v across the terminals, do you also read 0v on the output filter inductors?

i read 28vdc on the inductors.Do the relays engage?

If the relays are engaged, you should read the same on the output filter inductors as you do on the speaker terminals. If you don't read the same voltage, the relays are either not engaged or they are defective. Confirm that you have 12v across the relay coil terminals.
