It is a "freeware".... something you can make yours...something you can modify in this same thread and show your progress, to post pictures, to make pcboard layout if you want, to make it yours, to try to make it better, to make other versions...you can use this thread or open a new one....it is up to you.
This is not mine...i was trying to make a marriage from a Sansui 33000 and a Marantz 2238B....i could not make it....then i have perceived the sound became good when i realised the final schematic is too much alike the Sansui G6000...so, it is a Sansui G6000 by Dx, with simple transistors (BD139/140) and power will be 70/140/250 at 8, 4 and 2 ohms and supply goes from 25 to 42 volts symetrical.
I am now making video edition.... soon you gonna have schematic and video.
Plug your soldering iron in the mains and be happy!
regards,
Carlos

Now you can assemble the output amplifiers
Here you have the schematic....a video explaining details gonna be edited and upload to Youtube very soon.
Link gonna be posted here.
Output power is 80/160/280 Watts RMS at 8/4 and 2 ohms impedance..distortion is 0.004%/0.008% and 0.030%
Operating 42 plus 42 volts
Simple and cheap transistors used, BC546/556 and BD139/140 as drivers and output we have two pairs (will check if enougth soon) of MJ4302A and MJL4281A...input differential is FET 2SK170
Sensitivity 800 mV peak to drive amplifier to full output swing
Frequency response goes from DC to 100 Kilohertz
Input impedance is 56K

Carlos

Why i use do build so many amplifiers?
Here you have the explanation..when people is driving on a corner, the reaction can be surprising:

I don't understand the two trimmers of different values in parallel with each other. Nor the 33k and 330k resistors in parallel with each other. Why wouldn't they just use one trimmer and one resistor?
Yes...fine and coarse adjustment
Resistors in parallel are there to produce a virtual resistor that is the result of two parallel units.... and this value is 30K, a non standard value.

Carlos

Yes, I thought of that but it seemed like an odd thing to do in a commercial venture to add extra parts, pads and tracks, not to mention the added labor to avoid ordering a special value in resistor. I understand it in diy but surely Sanusi would have no trouble acquiring a 30k resistor. Also setting up two pots is extra time for what it gains you. I accept the answer, but it just surprises me.
I have made a pcboard to build a prototype
It is not pretty and this one i have to check.... i am back to work and this is a cell phone picture...after a double check i will post a better image.
This way you have an idea how to make yours if you intend to build.
It gonna be a nice idea, this amplifier sounds good...a good unit to give a try, another option is to buy one...in Brazil we cannot have by less than 3000 USD as people know this is a very special equipment.
This pcboard i have traced in a very fast way and i cannot check it now.... latter one i will check it and produce a better image.... you can see the second image i have found errors.

Carlos

I do not know what moved Sansui to do this way
Maybe the special resistor (30K) is more expensive than 2 standard units.
Well.... who knows?
Factory does not exist, designers have associated with a new brand but i do think that new brand close doors... we will never know.
Sansui personnel worked with high end tube amplifiers using Hashimoto Electric transformer technology

My struggle to obtain better audio with the cheap cameras i have
Here you see the method i am using to overcome my audio problems to show you audio quality from Dx Amplifiers.
The Unbeatable video, the one you have the link down the signature line, was made this way.... it is the GOT amplifier, that one not published.
So, soon you gonna understand why i do appreciate this Sansui...the treble!

I have made a recording of this clone amplifier
It is almost a copy from Sansui G6000... modifications very small in quantity and in quality.
Live audio, the sound i am listening, is way much better than this sound you listen....recording still a recording.... i could not find, yet, the perfection in audio recording together video...maybe i will be force to buy a high end Video Camera.

I have checked the layout and if you make it this way
Gonna result in plug and play.... trimpot midway will be reasonable to start.
Some images (enlarged) from the schematic are provided for you to check doubts related connections...only enlarged you can see dots inter connecting stuff.

Here you have the original crowdy schematic
And also the same schematic cleaned of excess of information printed on it.
You see, after cleaning it looks simple and easy...and it really is.
