* Original chassis power cord recepticle
* large plastic tuning cord wheels and gears
* RH faceplate trim piece.. or complete faceplate
* Original service manual with Large schematic diagrams
* Eight wood case

Trying to find Original early service manual and schematics . The copies I have are a little hard to read for 76 yr old eyes.

The service manual link in post #2 is pretty good in resolution. You could even print it out in a larger format at a copy shop.
Will try the printshop route if orig manual not found. I have a serviced Sansui 881 and bought the Eight to compare. I find it hard to believe the Eight will sound Significantly better than the impressive 881 on Proac Response 2.5's . Will also be comparing the Eight with serviced Marantz 2252B.. which I will be selling as too accurate and modern sounding for me. 881 & Eight are both DC... have not heard the CC 5000X.. although the CC AU-555 driving Spendor S3/5's is the purrrfect small system for a kitchen.
