All parts changed over now. Using the MJL2119x output transistors (went for the safe option) and recapped amplifier boards.
Protection circuit is now also reconnected and appears to be working ok.
DC offsets seems to be stable at around 1mV and bias is very stable at the recommended values in the service manual.
Thank you very much for the help. The Sansui lives on.... Now just need to give it a good listen with my modded CD67 and decent speakers. 🙂
