OK, it looks like the R33/C20 combo is a time delay for turning on Q10. Does the A-7 produce an output signal before Q10 times in?

As I found out that the thump of DC is normal on this model I gave it back to it's owner, a friend so I won't be able to test this. He seems very pleased with it and actually told me the amp has always done this.

I realize that it's normal, I was just wondering if the delay of Q10 also caused a delay in signal also.
