What make/model amp?
What are they using for a drive circuit in the PS?
The gate resistors are already 47 ohms so you only need to replace the burned ones.

Hi Perry - Good to hear from you! It's a Rockville RXM-S6 Marine 6 Channel to run my pickup truck door speakers.
Attaching pic of the PS drivers.

I think it should be OK with the 3205s and 47 ohm gate resistors. If the FETs run hot at idle without excessive current draw. change the 10k resistors in the photo to 1k. This is based on the assumption that the 10k resistors are connected between pins 9/10 and ground.
The drivers may have failed. The BD140 is a good sub if the originals are not readily available (don't buy from ebay).
As a side not, if you take the photo from a slight angle instead of straight on, you will avoid the flare from the flash.

Thanks guys, I'll pretty sure the IRF3205's I have on hand are genuine. I ordered them from digikey so my confidence level is very high.
