Hi Steve,
I built a linear power supply with these last night and when testing, I noticed a short in the circuit.
According to the label on the caps, pin B is positive (100v), pins A & C are blank and the 4th, (unlabeled) pin is negative. (see the attached photo)
When I do a continuity test on the caps though I see pins B and the unlabeled pin have continuity (this explains the short).
Are these labeled incorrectly or am I missing something?

Well, I guess I should have tested some other caps first before posting this... I guess continuity between + & - poles on a capacitor is normal. Sorry for the fuss
