Samsung HT-P10 - PWM defective ?

Howdy !

In the diagram below the whole system works except for the final amp stages, only the woofer can be heard from the ground (through the electrolytic capacitor) or from the outputs of the other channels (through the electrolytic capacitor). The woofer does not sound on normal bridge output. All coils and capacitors output checked. DC on output = 0. Idle current = 0.

Is it possible that the PWM is defective or are all the final stages burned, except ½ in the woofer?

Hi,
TAS5112 has separated Gate-Drive power supplies and H-Bridge power supplies, for each bridged amplifier.
Check voltage at pin 30, is it the same of pin 55? If not, check the 1.x ohm resistor at pin 30.
Then check voltage at pins 32-33-40-41, is it the same at pins 44-45-52-53? If not, you have to check pcb tracks.
Then check the reset pin 19, is it at the same voltage of pin 9?
Then, check if there are PWM signals. Check those 47ohm resistors on PWM inputs.
If there are PWM signals, maybe it's time to search a new pcb board.

P.S.😛in separation is minimal. Don't short-circuit the nearest pin with the DMM test leads. Voltages are referred to GND.
Have a nice weekend.
