Samson XP308i not powering up.

I have checked the fuse. No light no nothing.
can anyone help please.

It is smps the psu? If yes check the optocoupler (if is there)or lock for 8 pins smd power integrators.But prior to this check if mains voltage is on the psu input very very carefully.
