Samick sxp211 midi but no analog

I have a Samick piano that has no sound out. It does not contain speakers but has midi as well as analog line out.

My customer said the midi works fine, but the analogline out is silent.

I traced the analog out back to a Phillips d/a converter ic. There is no clock or data signals getting to the a/d. I am wondering if itis in midi mode, if the analog stuff is disabled?

I’ve seen other keyboards where both midi and the speakers were used simultaneously.

I can’t find any schematics, so I guess I’m done.

According to the scan of the user's manual I have for this unit, a plug in the headphone jack disables the audio output to the speakers. I don't have a schematic, but something at the jack must control the speakers. I figured it was worth mentioning. It could be some sort of digital control not related to the analog output path. Perhaps a signal directly to the A/D controller. The manual makes no mention of MIDI out affecting the audio, only the headphones and the master volume control. Seems like the master volume would be in the analog path, so I focused on the jack and whatever control mechanism it uses.
