I emailed Bob Stout, the owner of these forums after reading an old messageboard post of his where he mentioned working for Acoustron, a company that, for a short time, manufactured LWE Erath loudspeakers, one of the earliest servo loudspeaker designs.
He has since contributed to an LWE yahoo users group I created for fans of these speakers:

I've since added an LWE/Acoustron entry into the wiki here and am enjoying all of the quality information that is being shared here.
Here is an original LWE-I amplifier I just got on ebay, already setup for the LWE motional feedback (emf) network:
