Nice work quanghao, that schematic is OK, the previous schematic was wrong, but you need to added 2 holes more for remote sense output because force & sense must be connected together at the load, not in the regulator. If you use a film for C8 or a good lytic isn't necessary to bypass with C9 0.1uF the same with C6 & C7. Why do you use R2 220R instead 470R & R6 10R instead 470R there is any special reason to do the change instead left the original values like Salas Low Voltage Regulator V1.0?
For all people, for values higuer than 5V, better to change the VR1 for LEDs (less noise) if necessary the resistor better fixed value & low ppm

Only can use this PCB for voltages 5Vout or more if you want to use Salas CCS string LEDs, if you want get less or 5Vout like 3Vout or 2.5Vout or 1.5Vout you must change the schematic because you need to change Salas CCS (LEDS 1+2+3, Q2 2SK170 & R4 100R) for Q2 BC560C + R2 & R3 220R + R4 & R5 220R + C1 47uF, also must change as you said Q6 BD140 or MJE 350 for2.5 or 3Vout, for 1.5Vout Q6 D45H8, about current C6 will be better 1000uF instead 220uF & you can eliminate R5 10R between Q3 & Q5, sense + will be Q6 & sense - will be between Q2 connected directly to Q4

The schematic indicates transistors numbered from Q1 through Q6; but the layouts (all of them) show Q1, NO Q2, NO Q3 then Q4 through Q8. I think the layouts need to be corrected. Or am I being too picky???

I'm not QuangHao, but consider these layouts obsolete because now QuangHao is designing the new with remote sense.
About transistors numeration schematic post 13:
Q1 always for positive rail IRF9540 / IRFP9240 / IRFP9140. For negative rail IRF540 / IRFP240/ IRFP140.
Q2-3 always positive or negative rails 2SK170BL
Q4 positive rail BC550 till 35Vout, I use BC546B for positive rail 46Vout. For negative rail BC560C till 35Vout.
Q5 positive & negative rails 2SK170BL
Q6 positive rail 2.5-4.99Vout BD140 best choice / MJE350. Positive rail 1V5-2V8 D45H8. Attention see changes in my post 66 Positive rail Vout over 5V IRF9540 / IRFP9240 / IRFP9140, negative rails Vout over 5V IRF540 / IRFP240/ IRFP140.

I'm not an expert in layout design, only can help with schematics, you must understand that you can't go lower than 5Vout with the same layout, because Salas CCS must change for lower values as per my post 66 see schematic, also see the answer about transistors neededs for differents Vout taking the numeration transistors as per your post 13 these schematic is not valid for Vout lower +-5V see my post 74.
Q6 D45H8 is good For Vout 1.5-2.8V, BD140 is good for Vout 2.5-4.99V also can use MJE350 but better choice BD140. Attention necessary to change the schematic your post 13 to my post 66.

Don't worry 2nd & 3rd is the same schematic only change 3rd is without BOM, layout & transistors pins.
