Only the Sony unit that is listed on the site you linked is inexpensive. It is less expensive, and a lot more flexible to get a Twisted Pear Buffalo and modify a used or currently owned SACD player for DSD output. Modding players is a lot more difficult than building a DAC and power supplies, and also a lot more risky. It is very easy to brick a player when modding, pull a trace when desoldering, etc. Building a DSD capable DAC, then modding to output DSD is less expensive in the long run, and less risky, and could result in better sound.

I hope you know that SACD is not equal with DSD...
SACD has an encryption layer and the 5.1 channel is also compressed loseless. You absolutelly need the SACD decoding circuit and a SACD capable optical laser in order to get to the DSD form.
