In the last link that you attached and I see that you used as a guide for your construction, it says:


"The speaker box is closed or can be left open"

So why did you put in a tuning tube?
And how have you calculated it?

And it also says "pair the speaker inside out", which you don't seem to have done.

I think you should give more air to the back wave and leave everything as it is, it looks too much like a sealed cabinet with 4 cm of vent, and also we do not know the length - if it is a tube - or just a hole.

40 Hz està a - 25 DB de la zona media ( 3 Khz ) en èse gràfico, eso explica la falta de graves. No hay otra soluciòn para eso, màs que adicionar un subwooofer de placa con DSP incorporado, y tendràs un lindo matching. Válvulas para zona media alta y media baja, y SS para zona media baja y muy baja. Necesitarás un nuevo parlante y una nueva caja, eso sí. No es tan fàcil tocar el cielo con las manos !


40 Hz is - 25 dB from the mid zone (3 Khz) in this graph, that explains the lack of bass. There is no other solution for that, other than adding a plate subwooofer with built-in DSP, and you will have a nice match. Valves for medium-high and medium-low zone, and SS for medium-low and very low zone. You will need a new speaker and a new box, yes. It is not so easy to touch the sky with your hands!
