Hello.If not to late I can help.Just got this excellent receiver.
Decoder is on MC1305 almost impossible to get.No equivalent due to my knowledge.But you can fix with stereodecoder with MC 1310 easy to get.

I am collector from Poland and have experience with all Sabas.Have almost all from 1967 to 1983.

PS Be carefull.Sabas were on 220 V supply .But this model is probably also on 117 Volts adaptable.
Bulbs R 5 6-7 V 30-40 mA but stereo 12-14 V 30-40 mA R 5 tpp/
Check fisrt or change(better) brass fude holder.There are poor and brake very often after tension.
