Based on the pmd100-to-tda1541-in-smultaneous-mode thread I made a small PCB that can be used to replace the SA7220 and provide a better clock.
Tested and working, very good sound.
I can provide schematics and code for the mcu.
High quality PCB with 1oz copper thickness.
