S/PDIF only PCIe sound card?

for the gurus:
As stated above,
Is anyone aware of a PCIe (4x 16x, etc.) audio card
solely with S/PDIF out? (i.e. sans surround snik-snak, etc.)
this has nothing to do with cheap (saving money), but pure, dedicated quality.

SPDIF probably not. ADAT, MADI, AES/EBU no problem.
