I thought that this article by Anatoly Likhnitskiy - now available in English translation, may be of some interest here:

It was working - it looks like they have got some problems with the web site at the moment. It does happen to that site occasionally. Usually it is a reasonably short off-time - I hope it will work again later.

It worked a few hours ago.
The link looks interesting, unfortunately the schematics didn't come up. I like the way he tested different caps, ones the maths started to show up I quit. 😉
Edit: It's in the Google cache
Can't get the link to work but copy the link in the Google search bar and hit search.

Yes, it is in the Google cache thought without pictures. Somebody already noted on the forum there that the pictures don't come up - perhaps they'll fix it. I could see all including pictures when the site was OK.
It is a very interesting idea, as he used transformer leakage inductances for RIAA equalisation - no resistors or capacitors.
Let's hope that the schematics and pictures will be visible in the future.

> The site is up again, and I can see all the pictures
Well, not now. I have tried umteen times in the last 24 hours and can only see text.
If you can see them, Alex, do us a favour and post the pictures here please.
Thanks,
Patrick

I've got the permission, and here is the link to the mirror on my own site and another link to a different location of the original page:
