I spotted these on EBay, but can't find any discussions on this type of cap.....
Russian Teflon Capacitor FCH 0 25uF 250nF 60V 1pc or More | eBay
If these are Teflon, then $3 per 0.25uF 60V cap is pretty good!
I've ordered a few for testing. Does anyone know anything about these?

I received the following information from the eBay seller:
The capacitors FCH are placed in the same pages of datasheet, where are described FT-1,2,3 K72P-6, K72-11.
Here is noticed, that K72-11 and FCH are intended for work at AC current only - no DC, pulse or impulse.
For example:
FT-1,2,3 - AC, DC, pulse;
K72P-6 - AC, DC, pulse, impulse
Here is given, that FCH - capacitors can work at temperature range -60 ... +155 C;
I believe - It will work isn't worse, than FT-1,2,3 capacitors.
