Russian Capacitors

I have acquired a couple of pairs of russian PIO capacitors in tin housings however I cannot figure out the values any idea from these photos?

Looks like 2uf, 600v. Someone else should confirm the values.

This is not good idea use for interstage caps /value is big/. Value of interstage cap depends from R load /plate load/ and C cathode of pre tube.
