Anybody know of a schematic showing the internals of an RSN313-H25? Got one on this Technics SA-DX940 that is throwing off a lot of heat and will intermittently produce an overheat error. The only thing I found showed a block diagram of the signal path and 'Class H' switching, but no real details on internal circuitry or error generation.
I ended up ordering a new one on ebay from China, it took about 4 weeks to get here, and it was defective. Not going to spend any more money on this unit, but am frustrated that I can't get it fixed.

I'm got the manual for the Technics SA-DX940, I am looking for details on a part. The RSN313H25 is a 2 channel hybrid module used to drive the Surround Sound channels. (IC651, manual page 18). Current part overheats - a replacement part I ordered through Ebay was DOA and smoked R672. Would like the internal details of the RSN313H25 so that I can better diagnose the issue.
Chinese vendor sent me a new part and THIS ONE WORKS. Still runs quite warm (what I would consider HOT) even without any signal. Must run a rather high idle current. This one does not produce the overheat error the old part did, and the pin voltages (particularly pin 13) are much closer to what is listed on the schematic.
