I sold this Rotel RMB-1077 7 Channel ICEPower unit off ebay a while ago. Buyer notified me that there was something not quite right with one of the seven channels, and asked to return the unit.
It was during this troubleshooting of bad channel that I noticed a much cheaper unit (actually thought of buying it myself) sold on ebay. I joked if he was the lucky guy who won that auction, and he got a bit miffed...
When I received the unit, it was not just one channel but all channels and the back corner was bashed in as if dropped. Buyer, of course, said the problem was one channel not the entire unit, and there was no impact damage to the unit while in his possession. The return box had no impact indicating it was dropped in return shipping.
My Theory: to ensure his return, the guy dropped the entire unit, causing the unit to not work at all, let alone one channel. Ebay of course only helps the buyer, and I took it in the shorts...at least all the 250ASP and 250A modules tested fine...
Sooo, long story short, I have this chassis for sale in condition shown. I do not know how damaged the power supply and other circuitry are. It is sold as is...how's $125 + ship for the chassis?
Also have the 250ASP and 250A Modules too....EDIT - Both 250ASPs and two 250A modules are sold...three 250A modules remain...

I have fault monitoring issues on my 1077. Most of this is on the rear circuit board.
Would you strip it and the power supplies and sell them to me?
If so what $
Thanks
Tom

Sorry Tomeh - just saw this and replied to your email - let me know if you still are interested in the boards - otherwise Bump!
So it’s the chassis only, but is it a fully stripped chassis? IE are the RCAs input, binding posts, IEC olugs also missing?
