On T802, as on photo in front of the T801 traces, from left to right:
-8.8V
3.8V
3.5V

(The values 0.25V and 0.5V yesterday are wrong because I had removed the output plug. Sorry. )

Yes, the T403, T404, T405, T406 middles show -8.8V

In Post 11 you didn't say -8.8V. Is it indeed Negative?

Yes they are negative (the red DVM lead on them and the black lead on the Negative of the output).
