Rostec DA8, is it any good?

Dos anybody know off the Rostec DA8?
da8, 8 channel ultra high performance digital to analog converter

Any experience ?
how does it hold up to for eksample an Okto Research dac8 PRO?

Looks like price is roughly $1685.17 USD. No reviews of it found by a quick google search. No pics of the inside of it. Looks like its more oriented towards studio use. They say they use jfet/bipolar cascode to get a particular sound, but they also say opamp noise limits noise performance. Not much to go on; seems a gamble to buy one and hope for the best.

I can't find anything myself, and I'm not so much in to gambling...
There really is not much to chose from when it cuts to multichannel daces :-(

Anything other than actually listening to the box yourself is a gamble. As to there not being many multichannel dacs to choose from, someone must be doing a very good job of hiding them from you.
