Ross PC 4110 Reverb Device

I just opened up a Ross PC 4110 powered mixer. It contains a Cascade Reverberation Device type 247 from O.C Electronics Inc. Can anyone tell me if this is the original reverb tank or if someone swapped it out? It looks suspect. 😕

In the case of a defective tank, use this one: as a substitute:

8EB 2C 1B600 3SP

I tried it in a Peavey and it works very well.

I guess the reverb works properly but Mikey C opened his pawnshop/Ebay special and suspects the seller cheated him or something.
