Rogers E20a/Audio Note transformer

Hey there folks. I bought a Rogers E20a in non-working condition and I'm afraid the power transformer is bad. This was a unit built by Audio Note for Rogers in the UK in 1996. It uses an Audio Note transformer and wiring board common with AN mains transformers. (See attached image.) I know very little about AN transformers and need some pointers on diagnosing this thing and/or sourcing a new one.

Basically, I'm getting continuity from "0" to all primary taps on each side the power board wired according to the diagram (for 120 of course) with no secondaries attached. I have no stray wires at the IEC or switch, and no visible tears in the insulated wire. I'm pretty sure this transformer is shot, but if someone thinks otherwise, or has any further diagnostic tips, let me know.

I have contacted AN Service for a schematic and information on the transformer. I doubt they will furnish me much to go on, so in the interim I wanted to know if you guys had any ideas about what the secondary voltages might be and where I could source a new mains transformer. Thanks.
