Elliott provides the schematic. You can do your own layout.

I made mine, single sided, a while back for my LM3886 stereo amp and it works wonderfully... at least to the ear. Of course if we were to measure it along with Elliott's PCB then it'd 100% be inferior in comparison... but it works.
