None of the opamps are getting hot .
I replaced all of the opamps to be safe since I found 2 that were defective originally .

If I jump RGND and CGND the voltage on the rca shield ground is at 0.00 volts and the regulators are working correctly . I also get the proper voltage on the supply pins of the opamps .
Only problem is when I jump RGND and CGND this happens or I have another issue with the amp

How close is this amp to the AQ2200?
Some amps have the primary and secondary directly connected but that won't work with amps that have their RCA input shields directly connected to the secondary ground.

Ok some more checking on this amp .
The issue still remains with the RGND and CGND locations .
1 side of the of RGND and CGND goes to the ground terminal of the amp it also connects to the 3rd leg of the power supply fets . (Source leg )
The other side of RGND and CGND connect to cap them to the rca shied ground and the regulator ref ground .
If this makes any sense .
So should I follow the AQ schematic and it a 1k resistor and a 0.1 if cap in there locations ?
If so after that I will have to check down the line to see why the amp is doing what it’s doing .

I ordered some a new cap and resistor when they come on I will post back and see what I come up with
An incandescent lamp (120v) could be installed in place of the resistor. It would survive most anything.
Back to this amp .
Anyone know what DA3 is ?
It controls the leds .
It’s shorted but when it was in circuit all 3 leds would stay lit I removed it now just power and protection leds are lit .
I tried a 4148 but all 3 leds lit back up .
Any suggestions?

Not sure why the protection led is lit the amp will power up and produce rail and regulated voltages .
The 3rd led is the clip light

Back to this amp .
The AQ schematic doesn’t match this board layout .
Question is does anyone know what the value of this diode might be ?
It connects between the non inverting input pin (pin 3) of the TL074CN and pin 3 of the optocoupler looking for the value of DA3

Here are some pics of the entire board let me know if you need more

It was in the amp when I received it but shorted .
I removed it and there are no markings on it at all
