I changed the LM5110 that had voltage on the output pins, the amp was still lacking current draw but did produce distorted audio. Upon changing the second LM5110, the current draw was normal and clean audio.
Also the rail voltage has equalized on the red and blue wires, and has dropped from 140v on one wire to 125v across the wires.
