They should be connected.

Jump across R220 with a small jumper wire.

BD_OUT_FDBK jumper killed u205 (lm6172). I also replaced the u206 to be sure.

Now amp is now back to where it was. constant 10Khz audio on output speaker with chaotic output class d wave.
