The amp powers up, has good drive signal from power supply.
The amp has 78 vdc rail.
The amp is making regulated voltage.

I believe the power supply is functioning normal. The amp has no output and there is 2.7 vdc on the output terminals.

One of the gate drivers "UC3706DW" has 5.73 vdc on pin 2 the inverted input and the other driver does not. Is this voltage suppose to be there?

Something has the output stage completely shut down. There are no shorted drivers or outputs.

If R222 is within tolerance, that IC appears to be defective.

R222 reads 2.605k ohms I would say its fine.

I installed a new LM6172 the readings are exactly the same on U203.

No there is 1.987 vdc on either side using amp ground as meter ground.

Do you read 0 ohms between the primary ground terminal and the speaker ground terminal?

No I read like 16.50 m ohms.
