Lift Q2009 and Q2010.
Remove the jumper.
Replace the two 604 ohm resistors. Do the resistors burn?
Does the amp draw excessive current with the bias pot fully counter-clockwise?
Does the bias pot work normally?
Do you have any DC across the speaker terminals for this channel?

If i lift Q2009 and Q2010 the resistors no longer burn in that channel..
With the Bias pots fully counter clockwise the amp powers up and idle's perfectly..
Bias pots are working correctly..
I have -0.70 volts measured directly across the speaker terminals for the right channel
