Perry,
After I replaced the op amp I was unable to get voltage on pin 5, 6, or 7. I have 6 vdc on pin 8 and -6 vdc on pin 4. No voltage on pin 2, 3, or 1 either. I took the chip out thinking it was a bad chip and will install a new one now.

The voltage should be very near 0v. The fact that you found ±6v should have told you that you had a good reference point.
I have about 10 to 50 mvdc not much of anything on all legs except on pin 4 and 8. If this sounds right were should I check next I do have audio on pin 5 and pin 1.
No, it seems that the first 2 have 100v, the next have 0 -2 v, the third set has 0.5 v, and the fourth set has 100v.
If that makes since.

I should proof-read my posts.
What is the DC voltage across the speaker terminals?
What is the DC voltage on all pins of U301?

Across speaker terminals is 06
Pin
1=-1.25
2= .295
3= .005
4= -6
5= 0.11
6= -1.296
7= 2.192
8= 6

Looking at the voltages on U301, it would appear that it's defective. The output voltages are right for the input voltages but the voltage on pin 2 doesn't look right.
Also, confirm that you read 0 ohms between the center leg of Q428 and the positive speaker terminal. Twist the inductor while measuring the resistance to confirm that the connection isn't intermittent.
