Amp powers up and idles fine..
amp is producin +- 40 volts of rail
Also is producing + - 15 volts..
Problem im having is with power ground and remote hooked up NO RCA'S with a spaker connected to the output terminals
I get a very loud humming comming thru the test speaker.. The Voltage measure directly across the speaker terminals pulse's a lil from 00.1 to 0.21 V
Any ideas where to start??

I haven't seen this model amp but many of the rockford amps are sensitive to noise when the RCA jacks have nothing plugged into them. I can't tell you if there is a real (needs to be resolved) problem with this amp or not but if it works perfectly when used as designed, I wouldn't be concerned.
