Those were BYV27-100 rectifiers. They are part of the boost circuit for the high-side drive voltage. Email me if you want the diagram.

For testing, you can use other diodes as long as they're 'fast'. You can't use something like the 1N400x because they will run hot.
Well, while I get the original diodes, I tested with two UF3003, which I think are similar .....
When connected, and take a few seconds, the LED is red, and have burned three MOSFET, a channel.
I can? Replace, BUZ11, by IRF 540N, or not a good idea?

The N version of the 540 may not be a good choice but the non-N version will work for the outputs.
The UF3003 shouldn't cause any problems for testing. They may work as a permanent replacement. Make sure that they don't run too hot.

I replaced the mosfet burned for four IRF540
Bias adjustment was too high (almost 3/4 of the way), could have been the cause of the destruction of the three mosfet? (Along with two diodes, "intruders" ...)
Now, I've adjusted to a little less than half, and ..... the amplifier, works great!

If the bias is set too high, it can cause the output transistors to fail, especially if they're not clamped down to the heatsink.
