Rockford Fosgate Punch 600a5 DC across speaker channel?

I have a Rockford that despite changing the n and P channel transistors and all the mmba06-56 transistors and the 5d diode I have the rail voltage present on the speaker terminal.

Does lifting D102 and D104 make a difference?

If not, leave those out of the circuit and lift Q106 and 106. Does that eliminate the DC?

Yes lifting just D102&D104 transistors eliminates the DC. It now has the same DC present as the other channels

Check all of the resistors in the polygon. Check the bipolar transistors to make sure none have open junctions.

Confirm that you have something close to the specified voltages at the points marked in green.

All voltages are correct. All resistors are within tolorence. I replaced the bjt's just for good measure.
