How hot? How quickly do they heat up?
Is the amplitude of the drive signal of the N and P-channel FETs approximately equal?

The 9540’s heat up within a few minutes if they are in the heat sink clamped in. How do I check that?
The drive signal? With a scope.
Heat up a few degrees? a few hundred degrees?
The P-channel FETs are less efficient than the N-channel so they will heat up slightly more.

Yes I’d say a few degrees if they are clamped in the heat sink. Out of sink they will get hot fast. Is there another way to diagnose this amp without a scope? I don’t own one... 🙁
Do you have a starting point what area to check? I’ll my best to check. Hopefully you can still give me to help.
I don't know what you're asking for.
If it's about the drive signal. Black probe on the source leg and red probe on the gate leg. DC volts.
Did you replace any components other than the outputs?
Did you reset the bias?

I replaced U302 with just the outputs but that didn’t solve anything. I checked the voltage on the 9540’s I have from gate to source pins
20.87 volt on gate pin
23.03 volts on source pin
Now with the voltages I noticed they are slowly decreasing and dc offset at the terminal is slowly jumping up.

That's not gate to source that's ground to each.
I think you have open source resistors. Check the DC voltage across all of them. It should be very near 0v.
