Rockford Fosgate power t1500-1bd no output Help

Missing rail at the outputs, what would some possible solutions be. This is the older bd model. It came in with a burnt power supply and driver card. Repaired all of that now missing rail voltage at the outputs.
The regulators are all Correct. The capacitors are all brand new as well.

What is the DC voltage from the center leg of one rectifier to the center leg of the other?

Black on the center rectifier red on center of the right hand one I got - 77.5vdc

That's the rail voltage.

Do you have that across the rail switching transistors (the drain and source that are NOT connected to ground)?

Do you see oscillation on any of the driver ICs?

Lm317t was bad had all negative voltage, once I repaired that I have a normal +- rail at rectifiers. It had some bad trace holes, had to clean them, out with a resistor to make contact again. Once I had that repaired the +-33v could get to the output section transistors.
