Mosfet a availability

I’m not able to find these from the same manufacturer and or batch from any quality provider. They are on Amazon but are an unknown chinese make

Any of the authorized sellers are a good source. The PBF means lead free. USe the same search engine to find the 9540. Digikey and Mouser are the first choices.
