If the preamp is producing enough output, I'd find the fault before doing anything to the preamp section (which ends at U4, pin 1).
In the preamp section there are a couple of bad smd caps .
Do I go by the schematic or what since the pics you have don’t match the schematic ?
And also do you know the value of this resistor ? It looks like
A 240 ohm just wanna confirm

C45 will change the bass boost slightly. C26 will probably not make a difference.

The problem is likely after the preamp section since you had more preamp output than I did.
