White dragon prior to replacing the 2n5401 the rail voltage was shared on all outputs. I literally removed every component of this channel probably 100 pieces and checked them replace the few resistors out of tolerance. Cleaned the traces and eyelets and reassembled the channel. After all that I still had 2.2 amp draw with a hot spot in the driver circuit. After jumping the bias transistor it is operating at the 2.2 amp draw

Pull it and check it for open junctions.
