A good diode will read approximately 1/2v one way and open with the probes reversed on the terminals (out of the circuit).

If the 7918 has -47v, the 7818 should have +47v on pin 1.
With the two diodes back in the board, do you have +47v on the striped end?
Does the striped end read 0 ohms to pin 1 of the 7818?

I did a recheck on the voltage regulators on 7818 with negative probe on the tab of 7918 I get different voltages.
Pin 1: 54.62V
Pin 2: 47.39V
Pin 3: 53.07V
This is for 7818 regulator.

still lost but this amplifier has flux or rosin or maybe oxidtion on every soldered lead on ever part on the bottom of the board , is there anyway to clear that without scraping and plucking ,could that and maybe some cold old solder be the problem ?
