What's the DC voltage on each terminal of R215 (black on primary ground)?
Is R215 within tolerance?
Is R215 within tolerance?
It appears that you have an open ground. That resistor should read 0 ohms to ground on one terminal.
What is the resistance between the speaker ground and the primary ground?
I've attached the schematic diagram. What other points marked as ground are not 0 ohms to the speaker ground?

I removed the board from the heatsink I see a coupe of burnt traces .
I will repair them but I don’t think that’s the entire problem.
I will post back as soon as I repair the traces

Repaired the trace on the bottom of the board .
Amp plays clean output but very low .
If I turn the gain up the audio will cut in and out and the thermal led blinks on and off

Did you try cleaning it?
Without turning the gain pot (never use the gain pot as a volume control when testing, use the signal source level instead), with the gain pot full clockwise, what does the amp do?

Ok I found the issue .
Somehow there was a solder bridge between C234 and R233
Amp works like it should now
