D2017 only has 0.71 volts on the output leg .

All other regulators have the correct voltages .

I’m getting supply volt use on the op amps

Did you check on the leg or on the pad (you need to check both)?

Yes my mistake Q2001

And yes I checked both the leg and the pad only get 0.71 volts

If the other two terminals have the correct voltage, the transistor is defective.
