Rockford fosgate 700S need help repairing channel

Hey guys I got a punch 700S with one blown channel. I need help sourcing IRF640 & various smd resistors and resistors connected to source on mosfets. I can’t find IRF640 anywhere says it’s obsolete. I have plenty of new IRF9640’s on hand. Appreciate any help.
