After looking at all the drive wave forms, and touching up the solder for transformer, and capacitors. i attempted to b+ the amplifier with 1 mosfet per bank. Smoke came from a cracked diode d107 labeled 81H
You can't tell anything much about the drive signal on AC coupling. Switch to DC. The FETs need to be in the circuit or there needs to be a load, in place of the FETs.
81H is a 33v Zener. It's not critical and can be removed for testing.
