Its the same as the 400a4, I think I have one laying around. Looks like someone contacted 12v to the rca shield or the heat sink.

I have full rail voltage on 1 of the channels 200 series parts..
Both outputs are brand nw and test fine..
Replaced the 56 and 06 ..
Still get full rail voltage on output terminals

Nevermind i figured it out ..
coule resistors were bad also a 1a and 2a were bad and had a broken trace on one of the source resistors..
