Rockford 325.1

Hi everyone.

Im trying to repair a p325.1.

I need to know if the 28n15 mesha board needs the tc and the transistor. I found the amp without tc, transistor and mosfets. I put 2 irf250 only for test.

Short light comes on but briefly then my ps protects. Nothings hot.

Yes. It needs both. It will likely function on a basic level without the thermistor but not without the transistor.

If the connections for the two 3-pin jumpers are damaged, you'll need to re-establish those connections as well.

Ok, i will repair one jumper. What type of transistor is? Thermistor, can i test with a 10k?

I don't have the 325.1. This is the 2-channel but they should be essentially the same. Someone else may have the 325.1. If not, you can get it from Rockford Monday.

No thermistor on the meshaboard. i put 2 3205 on the ps side and 2 irfp250 replacing the 28n15 beacause i have it laying around. the amp sound very well for 300 rms. no overheat or protection.
