after retesting the right side, when connected to the speaker it pulls the speaker down and it stays there? does that mean a transistor is stuck?
the left side works but the sound is not clean.(like its on high pass)

There could be several problems. Re-check the transistors to see if they're shorted. If they are not, check the gate resistors for the output transistors.
Does the amp draw excessive current at idle?

the amp idles fine now that i changed the voltage regulator.
all the resistors seem fine.
i am going to re-solder all the chips, maybe a bad connection?
then retest it.

ok after re-soldering the right side has sound.
the sound is not clean, at vary low volume when i switch the LP,HP cross over,
the speaker will go thud thud thud. more so in hp then in low pass?
the sound from the speaker, sounds like a blown speaker.
it is the same on both channels.
what does each side share that would effect the sound?
